As a service technician you will need to be able to effectively:
Job Description:
- Service calls to residential/commercial clients applying different methods and treatments for pest control. In addition, you will identify opportunities to sell additional products and services – and receive additional commission in doing so
- Driving a company vehicle to client’s home or business
- Keep vehicle and equipment in clean and proper condition
- Assist in sales to current customers to referrals
- Complete other assigned duties
- Rodent exclusion, trapping and baiting
- Handle customer related issues and solve problems
- Manage route
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pest control, customer service, or other related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and work on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- High School Diploma required or its equivalent
- Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV
- Pass a background check
Experience:
- 2 years in pest control is preferred
License:
- Branch II or applicator’s required
Additional Compensation:
- Commission for sales’
