Customer Service Representative
Simple Pest Management is looking for a professional and energetic individual to join our team. The Successful Candidate Will
·Have excellent customer service capabilities; applicant must be friendly, professional, and have a demonstrated ability to solve customer complaints or concerns.
·Ability to foster, develop, and maintain, positive relationships with co-workers and field technicians.
· Working knowledge of office systems, Windows Office, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
·Ability to multitask; to converse with customers while researching accounts or inputting data quickly and accurately.
·Ability to work partial days on Saturday a couple times a month. (during peak season if required)
·Have self-sufficiency; to complete given tasks within a specified period without reminder.
·Ability to remotely assist a small team of service technicians, coaching through client issues, and offering support to the field.
·Have attention for detail; accurately notating conversations with customers as well as any requests received from field.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays are possible)
